1. Scope

These terms apply to this website and to HEXFRONT, an experience on the Roblox platform operated by Synergy Co.. Playing on Roblox is also governed by the Roblox Terms of Use, which take priority for anything related to your Roblox account, Robux and payments.

2. Fair play

• No exploits, cheats, scripts or automation that give an unfair advantage.
• No harassment, hate speech or scamming of other players.
• Report bugs instead of abusing them. Good reports may be rewarded.

We may warn, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules, and roll back progress gained through exploits.

3. In-game purchases

Game passes and developer products are bought with Robux through Roblox. They grant a limited, non-transferable license to use virtual items inside HEXFRONT and have no real-world value. Refunds are handled by Roblox under its rules. We may rebalance items to keep the game fair.

4. Availability

We work to keep the game and website online but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, content and balance may change with updates.

5. Intellectual property

All game content, artwork, logos and text on this website belong to Synergy Co. unless stated otherwise. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, including monetized content, as long as you don’t suggest an official partnership.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
